Shipping Policy

We ship domestically within Australia and internationally to New Zealand. All orders are shipped using Australia Post Standard Parcel service.

 

SHIPPING COSTS WITHIN AUSTRALIA (except WA):

1 Small Sensory Board: $10

1 Medium Sensory Board: $17.50

1 Large Sensory Board: $25

 

SHIPPING COSTS TO WA:

1 Small Sensory Board: $20

1 Medium Sensory Board: $30

1 Large Sensory Board: $50

 

Shipping costs for orders containing multiple boards will be calculated automatically at checkout based on weight.

Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup from Brighton, VIC. Simply select the "pickup" option at checkout. You will receive an email with the pickup address once you have completed your order.

 

SHIPPING COSTS TO NEW ZEALAND:

1 Small Sensory Board: $30

1 Medium Sensory Board: $45

1 Large Sensory Board: $60

 

All shipping costs will be added automatically at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES

Shipping internationally means that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. Leo’s World Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

 

DISPATCH POLICY

All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours from the time of purchase unless your purchase is made on a weekend or public holiday, in which case it will be processed on the next business day. Should any unforeseen circumstances arise causing us to not be able to meet this dispatch time, we will contact you via email and inform you when your order will be dispatched.
